My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental, comfortable space to collaborate with individuals, families, and couples on how to deal with or find solutions to life’s challenges. I believe that people often know the solutions or have available resources that can help, but they need assistance to discover them.

I am certified as a SYMBIS couples consultant and as a Logic-Based Therapy consultant as well. Along with my training and years of experience working with people, I bring my heart and mind into my work.
