My name is Nicole Lehnow, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate through challenging life experiences and discovering meaningful growth. I believe in building strong therapeutic relationships where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered.

I bring 19 years of experience working in a variety of mental health and substance use settings, across a range of roles. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, and substance misuse. I have supported clients in developing healthy coping strategies, strengthening relationships, setting boundaries, exploring core beliefs, improving emotional regulation, building self-esteem and self-worth, and identifying underlying factors that contribute to substance misuse.

I provide counseling services under the clinical supervision of Eric Leever, LMHC, Qualified Supervisor, in accordance with Florida requirements for post-master's supervised practice.

As a mother of two children, ages 8 and 10, I understand the unique perspectives and challenges that come with parenting. I have seen firsthand how life-changing the therapeutic process can be. When we prioritize our own well-being, the positive effects can extend to the entire family.
